Now that I’m unemployed, it’s time to get serious about being able to work from home. I have the beginnings of a consulting business (EPOCH Isotopes) and am building a rescue for senior and hospice cats (Mew-Mew House). A home office is going to be essential.

First steps are to empty out my office at my former place of employment and bring all that stuff home.
This process is taking much longer than expected. I don’t know how I got that much stuff in my office, but every time I turn around, there seems to be more stuff.

Finding space for all the office stuff is also going to be a bit of a challenge.

But, progress has been made to create a functional office workspace at home. Since I never use my dining room for eating, it’s getting changed into that workspace.

And, the revised workspace has a cozy little meeting space.

There is still plenty to do, but now I have some time to do the necessary work to get my future off the ground. Wish me luck!
