Today at our home in western New York state, the temperature peaked at 44 F (that’s about 7 C). At this time last year we were under a foot of snow. Today, nothing but sun!
Flowers (Snow Drops) getting ready to bloom – a month earlier than usual.
Lord Francis (er, Frank) chatting up a hen.
Comet enjoying munching on a stick while basking in the sun.
And, because I’m strange and it seemed like a good idea, I put out some bones for show.
February is close to October, right?
Gonna try to enjoy it while we can. While it seems very spring-like today, next weekend won’t be so lovely.
What’s that? SNOW? Not allowed!
Well, we’ll enjoy the day while we can, and buckle down for colder days ahead.
