A couple of months ago, I posted about my Baltimorphic Complex beer. It’s a Belgian-ish style beer seasoned with Old Bay. At the time of my last post, I had only kegged the beer, but had not tasted it yet.
As anticipated, it was completely delicious (and still is – a keg is a lot of beer!).
So what’s next?
I have a pilsner still fermenting in the beer fridge.

I also have ingredients to make another batch of the Kolsch that I made last spring. That is a delicious, very easy to drink beer. I need to get on that…
