Q is for Quinoa
Quinoa is all the rage these days. No, I’m not jumping on that bandwagon. Trying not to.
OK, well maybe I am, if it’s profitable.
The point is, quinoa is a grain, just like barley and wheat. And just like barley and wheat, it can be malted and used to brew beer.
That’s about all I have to say about quinoa right now. We’ll see if I ever brew with it, and if so, what it tastes like.
