U is for Upstate Brewing Company

It turns out the U is a hard letter to find brewing-related words for. (If you have other ideas, then please let me know in the comments – if they’re working today.)

So I went with a local(-ish) brewer.

Upstate Brewing Company is located in Elmira, NY about two hours drive from my home. It’s one of many craft breweries that are springing up all over the United States right now. Craft Brewing is big business, and who knows? Maybe I’ll get into it eventually.
