Wee Me – Old Skool

Today’s Kickin’ it Old Skool Blog-a-Thon prompt was to post a photo of a much younger me.

My initial reaction was to think that I had not idea where any of my old photographs were. Then I remembered! I still have all my old yearbooks, including my one from Kindergarten.

Curly hair. Apparently my mother curled my hair. Maybe I asked for it. Who knows?

Thirteen years later, I was a runner, and anything but a girly-girl.

Senior year of high school. More fleet-of-foot. Less curly hair.

These days, I’m even larger, but still kind of a spaz (and I still run, when I can).

Apparently, I wanted my dad to autograph my yearbook. I think it was a pretty fair forgery…

How was I ever so young?

  1. Great photos. And that yearbook entry is priceless. I never would have known if you hadn’t said that it was a forgery. LOL.

Great sharing, Penny. Wouldn’t want to mess with the sword woman… It is amazing how we grow and change over the years.
