Prompt – What is your biggest comfort food? Share the recipe if you have one.

I know myself to be a comfort eater. If I’m feeling stress or anxiety, I want to eat. It’s not chocolate or candy that I want (usually). It’s usually cheese and crackers. I’ll go for a good cheese ball and Ritz, but if you really want to make me happy, give me a can of that cheese paste that you can use to write your name on food and a box of ‘Chicken in a Biscuit’ Crackers.
I’ll spread the crackers in a monolayer on a plate. Then I’ll write letters or words on each one. Or I’ll draw a picture. Or I’ll just dollop the cheese in the middle and jam the crackers in rapid succession into my gaping mouth.
Oh, I’m drooling just thinking about it.
